At Unique Wall Art we work hard to design and produce products to the highest standard. However, we accept that sometimes the item that you’ve ordered might not be quite what you expected and we’re happy to accept returns.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, there is no need to worry. We offer a FREE UK RETURNS service. You have 30 calendar days to make your return, however, if you’re outside of this time frame, please contact us by email on  returns@uniquewallart.co.uk or by phone on (44) 7734022655

Can I return my item free of charge?

All UK returns are free of charge, but we are unable to cover the cost of overseas returns at the moment. Please ensure that your returns are securely packaged, that the items haven’t been used and that they are kept in the original packaging.

Can I return custom made arts?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of custom arts unless they are faulty. 

How long will it take for me to be refunded?

We aim to process all returns as soon as possible. Once we have received your return and processed your refund we will send you an email to let you know. Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your refund. 

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges on products purchased through uniqewallart.co.uk unless they are faulty. The quickest way to exchange your product is to follow the standard returns process, receive your refund and order your replacement with us online.

The item I've received is faulty or isn't what I ordered. How do I arrange a return?

We’re very sorry to hear that we’ve sent you the wrong item or that the item we’ve sent is faulty. We work hard to ensure that every parcel we send out is correct and that the goods are to the highest standard possible, but we understand that we may sometimes make a mistake. Please send your faulty product back to us, we will then organise for a replacement product to be sent out to you as soon as possible.

Our all 3D wall arts are expensive because they are handmade. It takes more time to make them. A machine can make hundreds of pieces per hour while an individual can only make a finite quantity in the same amount of time. A craftsman has to do everything on their own and the whole process takes a lot of time. Apart from that a lot of labour and hard work are involved in making these unique pieces of 3D arts.
