Return/Refund to Unique Wall Art

At Unique Wall Art we work hard to design and produce products to the highest standard. However, we accept that sometimes the item that you’ve ordered might not be quite what you expected and we’re happy to accept returns. If for any reason you fall outside of our standard returns policy, and we have not answered your question in our FAQ’s, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, there is no need to worry. We offer a FREE UK RETURNS service, so returning your items couldn't be simpler. You have 28 calendar days to make your return, however, if you’re outside of this time frame, please contact us by email on  returns@uniquewallart.co.uk or by phone on (44) 7734022655 (available 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) to find out more about returning your item.

How to return your product to Unique Wall Art

        1. Fill out the return form placed within your original order package with your customer details and order number etc (if you are missing your form then you can download and print another copy here).
        2. Choose your ‘reason for return’ from the provided options to let us better understand why you are making your return.
        3. Add any additional information you would like us to know about your return at the bottom of the provided form.
        4. Ensure your package is returned unused (unless faulty) and in its original packaging and your parcel is secure.
        5. Place the completed form inside the box with your items.
        6. Our courier will collect the parcel.

    We aim to process all returns as soon as possible. Once we have received your return and processed your refund, we will send you an email to let you know.

    Sale Items

    "Sale” Items are not eligible for the 28 days refund/exchange policy.

    Any "SALE" items returned within 7 days of receipt are eligible for a refund/exchange.

    Anything returned after the 7 day period is NOT eligible for a refund or exchange and will instead be credited with a "Gift Card" for the amount minus your initial postage charge. If you are unable to get the items back to Wall Art within 7 days we will accept a notice within that period and a further 7 days for your goods to arrive at our warehouse. 

    Please note "Discounted" items where a code was applied at checkout are eligible for a refund or exchange within the 28-day return period.

    Missed Parcels

    Any items not delivered due to recipient not being home will generally be returned to a local depot after the second delivery attempt, items not collected from the depot will be returned to Unique Wall Art, we will then issue a refund of goods MINUS our postal charges and an admin fee for returned items. We advise customers to use an address that they can guarantee someone being there to receive the item (home or place of work) as they will need to be signed for.

    We’re sorry to hear that you want to return your Unique Wall Art item, but we’ll do our best to make sure that the process is as easy as possible for you.

    Once we have received your return we aim to process any refunds as soon as possible, but please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed.
