Within our bespoke service, we are able to make wall arts in different sizes, colours and materials, which we do not already have in stock. Orders usually take around 4 weeks to complete, however, in the busy periods the lead time may increase to 5 weeks. With regards to timeframes we would highly recommend that you allow yourself more than enough time for custom wall art.

3. Returns and Exchanges
As your wall art is made especially for you, to your wall size, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

In the unlikely circumstance of a manufacturing fault, items can be returned for a replacement, in this case you must contact bespoke@uniquewallart.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of the item, and returned to us within 28 days if located in the United Kingdom and 40 days for overseas customers.
